What is this ? #2

This is a carrilon. It was at the Lancaster Festival, parked off stage right, and played with the Symphony...

The 48 bells for the carillon were cast in 1991 and 1992 by the Royal Eijsbouts bell foundry, located in Asten, the Netherlands. The foundry built the bell frame and playing cabin according to the dimensions of a standard shipping container. The carillon may be transported to nearly any concert venue. The musical range of the bells cover four full octaves from F in the middle octave.
