Web site VirtualTourist released a list of The World’s Top 10 Ugliest Buildings. This giant horseshoe that sits over a mall in Tuuri, Finland was number 3.
And the Number 1 ugliest building in the world is....Boston City Hall, Boston Massachusetts.....
